Antiphospholipid antibodies are a heterogeneous family of antibodies directed against different phospholipids or proteins linked to phospholipids (anticoagulant antibodies lupus, anti-cardiolipins, anti-beta2-glycoprotein I, as well as other antibodies, etc.). These antibodies lie in their frequent association with arterial or venous thrombosis and pregnancy complications.
