Technochrom FVIII:C 2G CAL

Technochrom FVIII:C 2G CAL is a set of calibrators designed for the precise calibration of Factor VIII activity (FVIII:C) in the Technochrom FVIII:C 2G chromogenic assay. Formulated with lyophilized human citrated plasma, each calibrator is stabilized to ensure reliable traceability and high reproducibility. Exclusively used with the Technochrom FVIII:C 2G assay, this calibrator set enables the generation of a multi-level calibration curve for the measurement of Factor VIII activity in human plasma.

CAL 1 – Calibrator 1: 1 vial containing 1 mL of lyophilized human citrated plasma and stabilizers, with an approximate Factor VIII (FVIII) activity of 160%.

CAL 2 – Calibrator 2: 1 vial containing 1 mL of lyophilized human citrated plasma and stabilizers, with an approximate Factor VIII (FVIII) activity of 80%.

CAL 3 – Calibrator 3: 1 vial containing 1 mL of lyophilized human citrated plasma and stabilizers, with an approximate Factor VIII (FVIII) activity of 40%.

CAL 4 – Calibrator 4: 1 vial containing 1 mL of lyophilized human citrated plasma and stabilizers, with an approximate Factor VIII (FVIII) activity of 20%.

CAL 5 – Calibrator 5: 1 vial containing 1 mL of lyophilized human citrated plasma and stabilizers, with an approximate Factor VIII (FVIII) activity of 10%.

CAL 6 – Calibrator 6: 1 vial containing 1 mL of lyophilized human citrated plasma and stabilizers, with an approximate Factor VIII (FVIII) activity of 0%.
