0.5 mM Phospholipid-TGT is especially suitable for use in global thrombin generation methods in the presence or absence of APC.
For determination of single pro- and anticoagulant proteins, Phospholipid-TGT is suitable for use in chromogenic methods comprising phospholipids for determination of e.g. FII, FV, FVIII, FIX, FX, Protein C and Protein S.
The intended use of Rossix phospholipid emulsions is as a procoagulant phospholipid source in global and specific hemostasis methods used in R&D and Quality Control. Both phospholipid emulsions contain highly purified or synthetic sources of phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin. A characteristic feature of these phospholipid emulsions is their high stability with a shelf life of 2 years at 2-8° C.
