Factor XI deficient plasma for the determination of the Factor XI by the one-stage method.
Factor XI Deficient Plasma is lyophilised stable human deficient plasma with coagulation activity of Factor XI < 1 %.
Use
Factor XI deficient plasma is used in the determination of Coagulation Factor XI by one-stage method based on the Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT).
Characteristics
Factors of the intrinsic Pathway are tested with activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT) reagents using plasma deficient of Factor VIII, IX, XI and XII as well as Fitzgerald and Fletcher Trait Plasma.
Deficient Plasmas are lyophilised from human plasma
All other coagulation factors are in the normal range.
All deficient plasma have been obtained from patients with congenital deficiencies.
