FII Deficient Plasmas is lyophilised stable human deficient plasma with coagulation activity of Factor II < 1 %. FII Deficient Plasma was obtained by immunadsorption.
FII Deficient Plasmas is used for the determination of the coagulation factor II with the one-stage method using thromboplastin reagent.
