These native deficient plasmas are recommended to evaluate the activity of clotting factors by the determination of prothrombin time (PT) or partial thromboplastin time activator (APTT) requiring the use of a plasma deficient in factor (< 1 %).

Description


Special plasmas are derived from patients with a congenital deficiency, severe or moderate, or presenting a particular profile. No buffer or preservatives are added. Quickly frozen at -80° C, the plasma maintains perfectly intact the matrix.
