2. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

Viewing the resources available on www.cryopep.com websites doesn’t require supplying your personal data. However, some elements of the website, such as contact forms, application forms or orders ask for personal details to enable the contact or offer of a suitable service.
CRYOPEP hereby grants to the web user the right, which the web user hereby accepts, to connect one or more workstations to this website. Access to the service shall be made from the web user’s microcomputer(s) connected to a telecommunications network permitting access to CRYOPEP’s website. Any representation, modification, reproduction, misrepresentation, whether total or partial, of all or part of the site or its content, via whatever type of process or medium, would constitute an infringement sanctioned by articles L 335-2and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.
Any databases appearing on the www.cryopep.com portal are protected by the provisions of the Act of 1 July 1998 transposing in the Code of Intellectual Property the European Directive of 11 March 1996 relative to the legal protection of data bases.
In this respect, CRYOPEP expressly prohibits any reutilization, reproduction or extraction of elements of these data bases. Any non-authorized reutilization, reproduction or extraction involves the user’s responsibility.
CRYOPEP reserves the right to immediately and without prior notice delete any content: message, text, picture, graphics which contravene prevailing laws and regulations, and notably the regulations mentioned above.

The responses made by CRYOPEP to electronic mail cannot be likened to and do not constitute proof of the exercise of any advertising, promotional or commercial activity in the country to which these responses are sent.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CRYOPEP makes every effort to ensure to the best of its abilities the accuracy and updating of the information broadcast on the Site, whose content the company reserves the right to change at any time and without prior notice. Nonetheless, CRYOPEP cannot fully guarantee the accuracy, precision, updating or exhaustiveness of the information made available on the Site. In accordance with Articles 39 et seq. of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, concerning computing, databases and civil liberties, you have a right of access to and modification, correction and deletion of data concerning you. The data is provided to CRYOPEP employees. Data may also be transmitted to subcontractors involved in the processing described above, including Google Analytics, in order to establish aggregated anonymous statistics.

Consequently, and except for the personal data mentioned above, any information in whatever form – documents, data, graphics, questions, suggestions, concepts, remarks or other – which you communicate on the website will in no way be deemed confidential. 10. JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute arising with respect to these terms and conditions of use shall be brought before the courts in the judicial district in which the registered offices of CRYOPEP are located, and shall be governed by French law independently of conflict of laws rules. By using this site you give your express agreement to the application of this jurisdiction clause.
In the event that any of the provisions of these terms and conditions of use should be held to be unlawful, null and void or inapplicable for any reason whatsoever, it shall be deemed not to form part of these terms and conditions of use and shall not affect the validity or the application of the other provisions.
